The company was founded in 1974 aimed to breed cattles for meat processing. In 1977 we opted for milkproduction starting with 70 cows. Now we have 400. We milk our animals 3 times a day. 130 hectare belong to the company used by tillage of maize, alfalfa and soya. Giampiero takes care of the zootechnological and his brother Achille is responsible for the agronomical area. In 1991 we started a new management programm aimed to create high quality mother of bulls and to bring up animals having specific morphological characteristics, so as to follow our programm of national and european Fairs. The first results of Valbas are Arpagone and Aerostar in the case of
ICM and milk, which are the top of mondial classifications. |
